How vRgyl earns trust

Data sovereignty

vRgyl’s architecture treats data sovereignty as a structural requirement, not a preference. Creators retain ownership of every asset, credential, and provenance record they generate on the platform. Ownership records are immutable and travel with the creator — not locked to vRgyl’s infrastructure, not contingent on maintaining an account, and not subject to platform-level policy changes. Data portability is a design constraint, not a feature we may add later.

Entity structure

vRgyl LLC (Wyoming, USA) handles commercial operations, platform development, and enterprise licensing.

The affiliated Canadian federal not-for-profit corporation conducts research, develops intellectual property, and licenses it to vRgyl LLC at arm’s length and fair market value.

Both entities maintain separate governance, financial records, and bank accounts.

Governance provisions

Both entities maintain independent governance with formal conflict-of-interest provisions and documented transaction requirements. The Canadian corporation operates exclusively for research and charitable purposes. These governance structures are encoded in the corporation’s articles of incorporation.

Privacy and compliance

Security posture

vRgyl implements industry-standard security practices across all platform infrastructure. Security architecture evolves continuously as the platform scales. Detailed security documentation is available to institutional partners under NDA as part of the enterprise evaluation process.
